Mindfulness and Vision Board Workshop

Sunday, February 23rd
1:00-3:30
$30 preregistration ($35 at the door )

Our intention creates our reality   ~~ Wayne Dyer

Start the New Year (and decade) with a clear vision of what you want to accomplish and who you want to become; what does the next best version of you look like for 2020?

To become our vision, instead of a New Year's resolution (a firm decision to do or not to do something), which doesn't usually work, in this workshop, we'll set intentions (anticipated outcomes that guide your planned actions) based on our heart's desires and what's most important.

Then you'll learn how purposeful living and creating daily actions guided by your intentions will fulfill your vision for 2020.

Finally, we'll illustrate this on a vision board to help us remember our guide and 'set it in stone' by creating your own 'Intention Bracelet'.

This workshop aims to create a supportive, relaxed environment to get our creative juices flowing to design our vision for 2020. The aim is also to have fun, berelaxed, meet new people and to discuss challenges we face where so much is demanded of us that distracts us away from what is most important; our heart's desires.

THE WORKSHOP:

- Discussion of purposeful living (mindfulness), our heart’s desires, and determining what is most important for 2020
- Values exercise to find a special word for a daily reminder of your 2020 vision
- Group discussion sharing personal experiences and ideas
- Mindful Intentions setting meditation
- Create a Vision Board
- Create an Intention bracelet
- Wrap up: Once the vision is out there, your story, and the ‘reminder’ intention bracelet on your wrist…discussion on how to take daily
intentional actions for your vision to become your reality. We will use a coaching method to help keep our priorities on track.
** Tea and tea snacks, vision board, and bracelet included.$30 early/online registration (until 1/11)
$35 at the door
